1. Who we are

delicious.works ("Delicious," "we," "our," or "us") is a small studio that designs and ships native iOS apps. This Privacy Policy explains, in general terms, how our apps and this website handle your information. It applies across the Delicious family of apps; where a specific app collects or uses data differently, that app's App Store privacy label and any in‑app notice govern the specifics.

We build for data minimization: our apps collect as little as possible, and most of what they use stays on your device.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the app and the permissions you grant, this may include:

  • Content you create in the app — the settings, entries, and preferences you set up.
  • Optional device permissions — such as location, notifications, camera, or photos — used only for the feature you enabled them for, and only after you grant them.
  • Subscription status — purchase and entitlement information provided by Apple. We never see your card details.
  • Anonymous usage and diagnostics — aggregated, non‑identifying analytics and crash data that help us fix bugs and improve the experience.

We don't ask for more than an app needs to do its job.

3. How we use information

To provide and maintain the app's features, deliver the things you asked for (such as alarms, reminders, or syncing), understand usage in aggregate so we can improve, and respond to your support requests.

4. Where your data lives

Most data our apps use is stored locally on your device. Some apps offer iCloud sync, in which case Apple's iCloud handles storage and synchronization under Apple's own privacy policy — we don't have direct access to your iCloud data. If a particular app stores data on a server (for example, to power an account or an AI feature), that app will tell you, and any third‑party processors are disclosed in its App Store privacy label.

5. Third‑party services

Some apps use a small number of reputable third‑party services — for example, privacy‑respecting analytics or crash reporting, Apple's StoreKit for purchases, or a subscription manager. These providers process data only to perform their function, and they're listed in the relevant app's App Store privacy label. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Permissions — grant or revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Delete your data — remove an app to delete the data stored on your device. For apps that support an account, you can delete your account and its associated data from within the app.
  • Access or questions — email us anytime (below) and we'll help.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

7. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
