1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Shabbat Clock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download and use Shabbat Clock for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the App
- Using the App for any commercial purpose
- Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
3. User Accounts
Shabbat Clock does not require an account. Your data is stored locally on your device. If optional iCloud sync is available in a future release, you are responsible for safeguarding the Apple ID credentials associated with that iCloud account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any viruses or malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
5. Subscription Services
Shabbat Clock offers an optional premium subscription called Shabbat Clock Premium, available as a weekly or yearly plan. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Current subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by delicious.works and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
While we take care to calculate Jewish prayer times (zmanim) accurately, the App is a tool to assist in observance and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified rabbi.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall delicious.works, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which delicious.works operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
