DeliciousKit License

This license governs your purchase and use of DeliciousKit, a SwiftUI starter kit by delicious.works. By purchasing or using DeliciousKit, you agree to these terms.

What you can do

• Build unlimited apps. Use DeliciousKit to build as many apps as you like — personal or commercial — on a single purchase.
• Modify it freely. Change the code to fit your app; it's yours to build on.
• Ship to the App Store. Apps you build with DeliciousKit are entirely yours, including any revenue they earn.

What you can't do

• Don't redistribute or resell DeliciousKit itself — the source code, in whole or substantial part — as a kit, template, boilerplate, or course, whether free or paid.
• Don't share your access. Your repository access and any license key are for you (or your company). Don't publish the source publicly or pass your access to others.

DeliciousKit's source code and design remain the intellectual property of delicious.works. You're buying a broad license to use it, not ownership of the kit.

Updates

Your purchase includes one year of updates via continued access to the repository. After that, the version you have keeps working forever; continued updates are an optional, discounted renewal.

Refunds

30 days, no questions asked. If DeliciousKit isn't for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

No warranty

DeliciousKit is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. delicious.works isn't liable for any damages arising from its use; your use is at your own risk, and you're responsible for your own apps, their App Store compliance, and any data they handle.
